With many doctors, nurses, lecturers, staffs, and young families located within University of Malaya’s vicinity and UMICS’s prime location, we have allocated space within our residential precinct to cater for private residences. We expect the condominiums to attract tenants from surrounding neighbourhoods as well due to is prime location. This area will be developed in phases to offer an alternative for tenants seeking a home with the best healthcare, education, corporate and retail facilities.

UMICS will preserve the low density character of UM’s campus with developments of less densely populated private residences with functional and comfortable modern living.
